​Alkaline diet
An alkaline diet means to eat food that is not acidic. Typical acidic foods are meat, dairy and food with lots of sugar.
​Too many acidic foods will damage the  cell communication and stop the healing of the body. Eat lots of organic fruits and vegetables.

Himalayan salt
Salt is necessary for the human body to function. IMPORTANT: white processed salt is poison! Processed salt is actually bleached, chemical-infused salt parts. Use only pure sea salt or my favorite- himalayan pink salt. Himalayan salt lamps in the house will also ionize the air and give health benefits such as better sleep, less stress and also lower any EMF frequencies transmitted by your cell phone.

Exercise
Using your body is one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health. You don`t necessarily need to join a gym to improve your health. Walks outside and home training will help you a long way. Buy a training mat to have at home or various training equipment, etc.
You can use free videos on you- tube to learn yoga, strength training, and many other exercises.

Water
​Water is essential to life. Your body is made up from more then 70% of it, and any less will impact
 your health negatively.  
Drinking soda and other popular sugary drinks are not the same as drinking water. Your body needs clean, fresh water to support itself. Sadly, clean water is sometimes hard to get; bigger cities add chemicals in their drinking water to "clean" it from contamination. This destroys the waters balanced ph levels, mineral components and structure. You can check your waters ph by buying a ph measuring device, or ph strips.
Fortunately, I live in an area with really good water quality, but I use a water pitcher that gives the water a little better ph and filters it (it was about 40$ and has replaceable mineral filters).

​Detox
Detox cleansing of the body.
The body naturally cleanses itself from waste through breathing, sweating and trips to the toilet. For the detox to work you need to drink enough water.  When the body goes through a detox you can feel dizzy and have flu-like symptoms, this is just natural symptoms of the body cleansing itself of all the toxins due to chemicals, meat and dairy, and will not last long.
In the end, a detox will make you feel energized and healthy. 

You can help your body to detox in several ways.
I never advice to use chemical and unnatural ways to detox. The body should not be forced to detox, this can stress the bodies systems and end up in the body protecting itself by storing the chemical and waste back into the cells. 

Living as a vegan for at least 1 week (no meat/dairy or animal products, strictly plant-based) will cleanse the whole body naturally. 
Drinking organic tea. Many different teas contain herbs that will help to detox chemicals. Look for peppermint, dandelion root, and brands like Yogi and Pukka tea.​
There are also natural detox products that will help the body detoxing, this will contain a blend of herbs and nutrients that are beneficial.
